What does the EGP 25 service fee cover?
It's a flat fee per booking that covers matching, tracking and the warranty. It's included in the total you see before booking.
What if the job needs spare parts?
Your technician sends the part and its price to your tracking page. Nothing is installed until you tap Approve. If you reject it, you only pay for the labor.
What is an inspection visit?
For faults that need diagnosis first, you book the inspection. If you go ahead with the repair, the inspection price is deducted from it.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
The work we did. If the same fault comes back within 30 days, we send a technician back at no charge.
How do I pay?
Cash to the technician after the job, or by card or mobile wallet online from your tracking page.
